You can use <b> and <i> HTML tags to format your message.

Available tags:
  • [item] - will be replaced with product's name (e.g. Nike Shoes),
  • [item_price] - will be replaced with the price of an item,
  • [location] - will be replaced with location (e.g. Chicago, Illinois),
  • [country] - will be replaced with country name (e.g. Australia),
  • [firstname] - will be replaced with customer's name (e.g. John),
  • [city] - will be replaced with city name (e.g. New York),
  • [state] - will be replaced with the name of the state (e.g. Colorado),
  • [company_name] - will be replaced with the name of the customer's company
  • [store_location] - will be replaced with location of the store. Useful when using Shopify POS.
* Respect your user's privacy. Don't use user's personal info if you don't have user's permission to do so. You are responsible for all usage of personal identifiable information in the notifications. If you are not sure you have the permission, it is best to use the message "Someone just bought [item]."

The app will use this setting only for new visitors in order to engage them with the early notification.
Set this parameter to "Yes" if you don't have a lot of orders and want a look of a busy store.

Notifications which are relevant to the currently watched product will be shown first and notifications for other products .
Select which animation should be used for displaying notifications.

Batch display settings

Batches are groups of notifications which are shown with a predefined time delay.
Set this to "Yes" if you want to show notifications in batches (e.g. show 5 notifications and then continue after 20 seconds).
This number defines how many notifications will be shown together in one batch.
Define after how many seconds should the next batch start displaying.

Tag settings

If you also use Shopify POS then make sure to set the fallback values to match your store location. Shopify POS orders are usually missing all the address information.
If your order doesn't have a location, then this location will be used for the [location] tag.
If your order doesn't have a country, then this country will be used for the [country] tag.
If your order doesn't have a state, then this state will be used for the [state] tag.
If your order doesn't have a city, then this city will be used for the [city] tag.
Set this to "Yes" and names will have first letters capitalized (e.g. "JOHN smith" will be displayed as "John Smith").
This setting will have impact on city, country, state, location and store_location tags.

Advanced settings

When set to "Yes", the notifications will stick to the bottom on smaller screens.
When set to "Yes", the notifications will use full width on smaller screens.
This setting allows you to configure a different position for notifications on mobile devices.
When set to "Yes", any product's name, longer than characters will be shortened.
(e.g. Nike Running Shoes Black-Purple...)
By default, the product's name will be displayed in italic font style.
Set this to "Yes" if you want to make the pictures to fit in the notification. They are cropped by default.
Notifications will only be shown for orders which were created in the last X days. You can also use fractional numbers like 0.5 to display orders from last the 12 hours.
When set to "Yes", customers will be taken to the item's page if they click anywhere in the notification.
When set to "Yes", product name will be clickable and will lead to the item's page.
When set to "Yes", product image will be clickable and will lead to the item's page.
When set to "Yes", the link in notification will use your custom domain instead of myshopify domain.
The one liner style will be used in mobile browsers.
Enable UTM parameters utm_source and utm_medium for Google Analytics tracking.
This utm_source parameter will be automatically added to the urls in notifications.
This utm_medium parameter will be automatically added to the urls in notifications.
Only use this if you have a good knowledge of CSS.

Hide notifications

Set this to "Yes" if you want to allow your visitors to close notifications  .
A small X button will appear in the top right corner.
Set this parameter to "Yes" if you want to have a bigger X button.
Set this parameter to "Yes" if you only want to show the X button when mouse pointer is over the notification.
Note: It will be always displayed on mobile devices.
Set this parameter to "Yes" if you do NOT want to show notifications on your shop's home page.
Set this parameter to "Yes" if you do NOT want to show notifications on your shop's blog pages.
Set this parameter to "Yes" if you do NOT want to show notifications on your shop's sub-pages (ex. Contact Us, FAQ, About,...).
Set this parameter to "Yes" if you do NOT want to show notifications in mobile browsers.
Set this parameter to "Yes" if you want to disable notifications everywhere.
Enter specific urls or regex patterns where you want to hide notifications. Separate them with commas or new lines.

Notifications will be hidden for products with stock of 0 or less than 0.
